Why We Charge a Fee
The good news is; there’s no charge for your initial consultation!
We don’t charge for your initial call, because we consider this first contact a, "getting to know you" chat. This is the time we spend together finding out if we are the type of firm and people you want to work with.
When you decide to become a client, there is an up front fee. We do this because we have spent a long time gaining the knowledge we have about doing business internationally, and specifically in, and with China.
We offer the initial consultation to answer questions you might have about doing business with a Chinese manufacturer, and about the products and process, that will get you what you want.
We also explain what paying our fee entitles you to, how the process works, and in general we try to be as helpful to you as possible.
Many have described our fee as “coffee money”, and the knowledge you come away with is, as some have said, “In dollars, worth way more than the actual fee”.
