Explanation of Fee

We charge an up front fee because we have spent much time, effort and money, compiling information on international as well as domestic sources. This knowledge is gained because we put in the time on the telephone, computer, and in some cases visited the factories we deal with. Further, we spend time answering any questions you may have, and time, is money also.

This $500 (50% refundable upon receipt of your first purchase order), goes along with our Product Sourcing Request Form. We need this form, because it gives us information about you and your company. The questions asked are fair, and help us in making an informed business decision. Providing us with the information we request, helps us to determine if you are a serious potential client. Remember your time is money too.

The consulting fee is for time spent on your request. When you make a request for product information, you start the wheels of our machine turning. Every request has us contacting sources and making telephone calls (international telephone calls cost more money than domestic calls), as well as time spent sending emails, faxes, and sometimes (which costs more) samples. All of these costs are actual "out of pocket" dollars.

Once you pay the $500 fee, and fill out the request for product information form, we contact you and start asking questions. We ask questions, because in our experience although the client has filled out the form, there just seem to be as many questions to be asked as have been answered. That's just the way it is.

Once we receive and start processing the opening order, we will credit back to you $250. That means when the order is sent to us, we will be responsible for receipt of order, order sent to manufacturer, quality control, order received in this country, and order delivered to your door. There may, or may not be some additional customs and or freight charges. The reason they may or may not be included in your bottom line price, is because in some instances the freight forwarding or customs people like their payments made separately. If there are you may also be responsible for these.
